THERABAND EXERCISES FOR STRENGTHENING THE ROTATOR CUFF - BEGINNER

Using THERABAND to strengthen the rotator cuff is simple and effective. Keep your elbow tight to your side and wrist straight as you bring your arm front to back. Repeat 15-20 times twice per day.

ADVANCED THERABAND ROTATOR CUFF STRENGTHENING EXERCISE
