What is Trigenics?
Trigenics is a revolutionary muscle and nerve treatment system, for manual medicine practitioners, that provides immediate pain relief and reduction of muscle spasm.
It is a safe, non-forceful treatment of a wide assortment of conditons in all age groups.
How does Trigenics work?
Simply put, Trigenics is a combination of manual joint and soft tissue manipulation using specific points in the soft tissue to stimulate the nervous system. The approach is quite simple. Using an advanced muscle testing procedure the Trigenist is able to locate areas of muscle and nerve (known as myoneural)weaknesses or imbalances in the body. When myoneural weaknesses are identified (ie. a muscle test reveals a significant weakness in any muscle group), the Trigenist uses a complex series of manual muscle manipulations combined with patient focused breathing techniques and movement. This will allow the Trigenist to restore strength to the weakened muscle and significantly reduce a patient's pain immediately.
What conditions can Trigenics treat?
Sprains and strains Trigenics has been proven effective in reducing the swelling and inflammation of acute traumatic injuries ie. whiplash, muscle or ligament tears, low back pain. Chronic injuries Chronic pain (6 months or more) will create faulty biomechanics (joint and muscle movement patterns). This will often lead to dysfunctional nerve to muscle pathways. Trigenics has been proven to be very effective in restoring the nerve to muscle pathways and movement patterns thus reducing or completly resolving a patient's chronic pain. Here is a small list of conditons that can be helped by this treatment: - low back pain
- neck pain
- sciatica
- rotator cuff injuries
- plantar fasciitis
- headaches
- tendonitis
- frozen shoulder
- and many more!!!
You are in great hands! This treatment is delivered by Dr. Peter Moore who received his designation of Registered Trigenics Practitioner (R.T.P.) from the Trigenics Institute of Myoneural Medicine. The Trigenics course is a 100 hour program which is only offered to health care professionals with a minimum of 2000 hours of education in manual medicine and rehabilitation.
